You can walk the last mile of the World Walk with Manny and Damien this Saturday at the Discover Mills Mall in Lawrenceville, Georgia! (5900 Sugarloaf Pkwy NW). At 11am the World Walk team will arrive at The Bass Pro Shop for a pep rally with the crowd.
Then at 12Noon Manny and Damien will lead everyone around the perimeter of the Mall for the last mile of the World Walk!

The world at large got hip to James this year after he released his John Rich-produced single "Just Got Started Lovin’ You," but he’s had a rather fanatical core audience ever since the 2004 release of his debut, Days Of Our Lives. James had some tough years after that album came out, but the positivity he got from his fans helped keep him emotionally afloat.
"They’ve dubbed themselves the Ottomaniacs, and they’ve been following me for years," he told the national radio show GAC Nights: Live From Nashville. "I think that’s been a large part of keeping at it — I always have somebody sending me messages like, ‘We want to hear what you’re doing next.’ It’s great to have that kind of morale boost that somebody cares enough to follow you through your changes and what’s going on with you. I’m as happy, I think, for them to finally get to see it actually happen as I am for me."
The Ottomaniacs might also be happy to discover that the title track to James’ Sunset Man album has been picked up for the soundtrack to The Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants 2. Set for release Aug. 5, the soundtrack also features Michelle Branch and Cyndi Lauper, among others.

He takes seven established performers from every realm of the entertainment and music industries and immerses them in all things country for a chance to break out as the next big country superstar. The one who is most successful at crossing over by the end of the series will have a country single produced by Rich.
The series features an eclectic cast of performers including:

November 21, 2007 Michigan Students Spread A Little LuvJoi
The 5th grade class of 2006-2007 from St. Paul Lutheran School of Millington, MI was selected to participate in the 7th annual AT&T/MACUL Student Technology Showcase on Wednesday, September 26th, at the State Capitol Building in Lansing. They were among 70 schools from the state of Michigan that showcased how technology is being used in the school setting. Those who attended the event to represent their school and class included art and computer teacher, Amy Baldwin, and students Ashley Jensen, Jason Keinath, Nathanial Totten, and Olivia Zeck.
The students created a music video to the song, Disco Ball by LovJoi (Big Kenny's pre-Big&Rich band!) using Microsoft PowerPoint. They worked in pairs and created slides containing lyrics, graphics, and animation. They had to consider timing, font styles, backgrounds, and various other components of the video. Decision making was a part of the job as well. A small group then put the individual slides in order and timed them to the beat of the song (a long and exhausting process). The experience today was very exciting for the students. They were able to see how other schools were using technology, along with having the opportunity to share their video with others.

Cowboy Troy will set out to 14 Southwestern cities to host and judge the regional final "Hick Chick" competitions, where contestants will compete in such activities as watermelon seed spitting, pie eating, and dancing the "Hick Chick" line dance. Godmother Wilson maintains a perfect record with her album releases, as her much-anticipated third CD, One of the Boys, debuted at #1 on the SoundScan Country Chart. Her album also hit at an impressive #5 on the Top 200 Chart this week. Her first two albums, Here For The Party and All Jacked Up, which have sold a combined six million units, both entered the Country Chart at #1.

In an effort to take Hard Rock Café’s overall Rock Shop presentation to a whole new level, Hard Rock invited experiential performance artist and MuzikMafia member RACHEL KICE to paint their pants...literally. In a partnership with Hard Rock, Kice has hand painted and designed two pair of pants for locations around the world, including Orlando, New York, London, San Francisco and Las Vegas. The semi-couture painted Rkice pants are showcased in Hard Rock Café’s display windows.
“We're really excited to showcase these pieces of art on our mannequins,” says David Eshbaugh, Corporate Visual Manager for Hard Rock International. Eshbaugh first met Kice when she was invited to join the star-studded red carpet and paint along side some legendary rockers for the Hard Rock Café’s Ambassador of Rock Celebration back in September 2006. In their backstage meeting, Kice asked Eshbaugh her trademark statement, “May I Paint Your Pants?”™, and the idea was born.

Shaver married Wanda Lynn Canady on Friday, October 13 in Las Vegas. Billy Gibbons, ZZ Top's bearded front man, presided over the ceremony.
This marks the second time Shaver has married Canady. He married his late wife Brenda on three separate occasions.
Shortly after the wedding, Shaver cracked a vertebra while "Indian Wrestling" with a friend. Shaver is expected to make a full recovery. Link

The night will feature performances by Shannon Brown and the Traler Park (Wayd Battle, Jerrod Niemann, Randy Houser and Jamie Johnson) and a silent auction with some very cool memorabilia and vacations up for grabs.
